PRESIDENT & CEO

"Superior service upfront; completion dates met on time." These are two assurances that every painting company pledges, but as Tom says, the proof is in delivering on these promises. With more than three decades of experience in the industry, Tom is known for his successful track record of client-focused service and delivering on time. Along with his brother Mike, Tom took over Teschner & Sons from their father in 1983, and continues to deliver on his promises with the same level of teamwork and commitment to service as he did 30+ years ago.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & SECRETARY

Expanding on a family tradition, Mike oversees the day-to-day operations of Teschner & Sons Painting. Mike and his brother, Tom, acquired Teschner & Sons from their father in the early 1980s. Having provided best-in-class painting and wall covering services for more than thirty years, Mike has the tools and resources to administer exceptional leadership to the Teschner & Sons team. His dedication and expertise will continue to spur the company growth and development into the next three decades

Joann Regis

Joann Regis

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

As CFO at Teschner and Sons, Joann oversees accounting, risk management, and human resources. She implements and supervises all company accounting procedures and coordinates strategic financial planning and forecasting. With over a decade of experience in the accounting world and an extensive focus in the construction industry, Joann’s experience and skillset bring a high level of management and fiscal responsibility to the organization.

Joann is a motivated and accomplished finance professional with exceptional knowledge of the necessary processes and systems required to operate Teschner and Sons at a level well above the industry’s competition.  Joann holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degree from Northern Illinois University and continues to participate in the educational pursuit of new software systems to further her direct impact on not only the Teschner and Sons organization but that of our client’s as well.

Rod

Rod Nordlund

PROJECT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR

With more than five decades in the industry, Rod brings a wealth of expertise in the areas of painting, wall coverings, and operational management. Since Rod joined the Teschner & Sons team in 1999, he has served as a key Project Manager/Estimator; taking jobs from bidding to final billing, while demonstrating a keen focus on detail and customer relations. Rod has a mentored several Project Manager/Estimators and contributes valuable insight in the company’s development. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from National Lewis University, is a 29-year Naval Reserve veteran, and is an active participant in community activities.

SUPERINTENDENT OF FIELD OPERATIONS

Mark has more than 20 years of experience in the painting industry. Possessing a vast spectrum of painting, wall covering, and coatings knowledge. Mark is invaluable to the daily field operations of Teschner & Sons Painting. Mark is responsible for hiring and managing the trade personnel that produces the high quality of work our customers have come to expect. Certified in several OSHA safety courses, Mark serves on the company Safety Committee and ensures OSHA compliance on all our job sites. His paramount goal with every job is to go above and beyond customer and company expectations to finish each project within budget and on schedule while maintaining high industry quality standards.
